Shipment and Delivery in the EU

For shipments within the EU, we work with DPD Belgium, which is part of DPDgroup, the second-largest international parcel delivery network in Europe. Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. DPD typically delivers the next working day in the BENELUX and within two days in the rest of the EU.

All parcel shipments within the EU are free of cost!

Every shipment can be tracked at any time using the online Track & Trace and includes proof of delivery.

 

Shipment and Delivery outside the EU

We work with DHL international shipping services for shipments outside the EU, DHL is one of the world’s leaders in logistics, providing international shipping services to over 220 countries and territories.
Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours.

We apply an adjusted shipping rate based on volumetric weight and the destination country towards international shipment costs. For many countries, the webshop automatically displays this cost.

Every shipment can be tracked at any time using the online Track & Trace and includes proof of delivery.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Because of the niche nature of our products, they may only be returned if there is a defect in the material or manufacturing. Please inform us at [email protected] of the fault with a photo and description, on approval, you may return the product to us within 30 days of receipt.
The defective products will be replaced as soon as possible, depending on the product is in stock or not. When the product is in stock, you may expect the returned product within a week or two; when the product is not in stock, it depends on the sub-products that need to be ordered with the different vendors.
Due to a defect in the material or manufacturing, all shipping costs will be reimbursed by Neo Wireless SL.
We do not take a patch of products back due to a misplaced order; please double-check your order before comply.

Refunds are only granted in specific cases and need to be approved after investigating your particular case. You can initiate your refund case by sending a detailed description of why you demand a refund @ [email protected].
